I lost my beautiful baby girl *Ali Jo* at 38 weeks gestation. On Wednesday night she was very active and had a normal heart beat... Friday morning I felt no activity so I went to the doctor. It was confirmed by u/s there was no heartbeat. I never knew you could loss your baby that far along and so unexpectedly.

My baby girl *Ali Jo* was born at 8:38pm on April 29, 1997. She was the most beautiful thing I had ever laid eyes on. Fully developed and perfectly formed a whopping 7# 6oz and 21" long. She had her fathers mouth and lots of his dark hair. Our first, My parents first, and eveything we ever wanted.

An autopsy never had to be preformed. When the umbilical cord was examined a
small hairline crack was found which enabled Ali Jo's blood to drain out of her and into my system. She bled to death.
